Online Booking Agreement

By completing your reservation and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
  • Pricing, availability, lane assignments, attraction assignments, and booking windows are subject to change without notice until checkout is completed.
  • Taxes, service charges, convenience fees, and gratuities (where applicable) may be added during checkout.

2. Arrival & Check-In

  • Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time.
  • Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time and will not extend the reservation period.
  • Valid identification may be required for alcohol purchases or age-restricted activities.

3. Bowling & Attraction Rules

  • Bowling shoes are required for all bowling participants.
  • Guests may not cross the bowling foul line at any time.
  • Certain attractions may have age, height, weight, or safety restrictions.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse participation in any activity for safety reasons.
  • Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions from staff members.

4. Food, Beverage & Alcohol Policy

  • Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless specifically authorized by management.
  • Store-bought birthday cakes or cupcakes may be permitted at participating locations.
  • Alcohol service is subject to all applicable laws and responsible service standards.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest at any time.
  • Beverage packages, promotions, or specials do not include shots, doubles, or excessive consumption.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Online Reservations

  • Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time may receive either:
    • a full venue credit, or
    • a refund if permitted by the specific booking type or promotion.
  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Same-Day Reservations

  • Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Eligible reservations may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability and management approval.
  • Any approved credit or rescheduled reservation must generally be used within 90 days of the original reservation date.

6. Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Promotional pricing, coupons, packages, memberships, and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Certain promotions may only be valid during specific dates, times, or locations.
  • Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

7. Guest Conduct & Dress Code

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons.
  • Management reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest for:
    • disorderly conduct,
    • intoxication,
    • harassment,
    • unsafe behavior,
    • violations of venue policies, or
    • damage to property.
  • Neat, casual attire is required. Management reserves sole discretion regarding dress code enforcement.

8. Damage & Liability

  • The booking party accepts responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
  • 810 Entertainment shall not be responsible for:
    • lost or stolen property,
    • injuries resulting from misuse of equipment,
    • guest negligence, or
    • circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  • By completing this booking, guests agree to release and hold harmless 810 Entertainment, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising out of ordinary participation in venue activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Force Majeure

810 Entertainment shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, government actions, labor disruptions, acts of God, or emergencies.

10. Photography & Marketing

Guests acknowledge that photographs or video may occasionally be taken in public areas of the venue for promotional purposes. By entering the venue, guests consent to incidental inclusion in such materials unless otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Privacy & Communication

By completing an online booking, guests may receive:

  • reservation confirmations,
  • transactional communications,
  • event reminders, and
  • operational updates related to their booking.

Guests may also opt in separately to receive marketing emails and SMS communications.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to make this reservation,
  • all information provided is accurate, and
  • you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all guests included in the reservation.
