Forbes highlighted 810 Entertainment’s “Fun and Approachable” spring cocktail in a story outlining five “perfect cocktails inspired by the season.”
Forbes, a global media brand best known for publishing Forbes magazine, regularly spotlights restaurants and bars for their culinary innovation. “Fun and Approachable” is among 10 new drinks that debuted on 810 Entertainment’s new Signature Cocktail Menu. Released in Spring 2025, “Fun and Approachable” is available at all 810 Entertainment locations.
Bylining the Forbes piece was food journalist Aly Walansky, a Brooklyn-based writer focusing on food, travel and culture. Her work has appeared in Forbes, Southern Living, Eat This Not That, The Kitchn, Today, Food Network and more.
In addition to 810 Entertainment’s “Fun and Approachable” spring cocktail, the article highlights four other drinks:
- The Limoncello Manhattan: served at Garden & Gun Club at Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky
- The Emerald Coin: served at Bazaar Mar in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Spring Me Some Lychee: served at The River Palm Terrace in Edgewater, New Jersey
- Empress in Pink: served at StripSteak at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada

810’s Spring Cocktail: Fun and Approachable
810 Entertainment unveiled its new Signature Cocktail Menu on National Cocktail Day, which was March 24, 2025. “Fun and Approachable” contains four ingredients:
- Bacardi Dragonberry Rum
- Lemonade
- Triple Sec
- Grenadine
The Forbes article includes a quote from Darrell Nabers, General Manager of 810 Entertainment in Phoenix: “Our Fun & Approachable cocktail is a fruity, easy sipping drink, perfect for enjoying on a nice, spring day,” he said.
“Fun and Approachable” is priced at $8.10. During Happy Hour, the spring cocktail is discounted to $7. Well drinks, wines, select domestic pints and craft pints also are discounted during Happy Hour.
810 Entertainment’s new Signature Cocktail Menu contains the following 10 drinks: Fun and Approachable, Tidal Wave, The Punch Out, Transparency, Our Core Espresso Martini, Strawberry Bellini, Simple Margarita, Go the Extra Frame, We Before Me and Desert Kiss.
